What Others Say
Shahram is the best agile coach I have ever worked with. He has excellent communication skills. He explains difficult concepts clearly with good examples that everyone can relate to. He is a genius in aligning the expectations gap between employees and management. He helped our team to become a mature agile team, and improved both clients’ and our satisfaction by a lot. I couldn’t imagine how the company would be without him.
Few people have the opportunity to work with a scrum master who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked with Shahram. I had the pleasure of working with him for one year at the iPrice company, collaborating on several project teams. I was particularly impressed by Shahram’s ability to handle multiple teams as a scrum master—effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to him. Shahram would be an asset to any team.
Shahram is one of the best managers to work with. He is quite competent, knowledgeable, and very stimulating. His ideas on automation and process improvement really helped our team. I have a huge respect for him, a wonderful man and coach. I have learned a lot under his guidance. One thing about him that I like most is that he is very true and is very supportive. I wish him good luck for the future.
